Tuesday, September 17, 2013, at 7 pm, the Stafford Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on amendments to the Transfer of Development Rights ordinance. The proposed amendments will:

• increase the number of potential development rights for transfer to 1,236;
• expand the size of the area to which the development rights can be transferred;
• increase by-right residential and commercial density in the receiving area.
